Please read before you book!


By booking and participating in the Bondi to Coogee Walk Tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking: Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed unless you receive a separate confirmation email with a booking reference number.
2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are in AUD
3. Tickets/Vouchers: You must present your valid tour ticket or booking confirmation (digital or printed) to the tour guide/driver at the designated pick-up point.
4. Cancellation (by Participant):
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour departure will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, or "no-shows," will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
5. Amendments: Changes to your booking date are permitted up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability. Please contact us to request changes.
6. Tour Operation & Weather:
- Operating Days/Hours: The tour operates on scheduled days and times, subject to availability. Please refer to our website or booking system for current schedules.
- Weather Conditions: The tour operates in all weather conditions, including rain. In cases of extreme weather or severe storms that pose a safety risk, the tour operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary, delay, or cancel the tour. Should the tour be cancelled by the operator due to unsafe conditions, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
- Itinerary Changes: The tour operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary, stops, or vehicle type due to unforeseen circumstances, road closures, traffic, or other operational necessities. Please note during the Sculpture by the Sea exhibition due to road closures the tour takes a slightly different route.
- Minimum Numbers: The tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to operate with a maximum of 6. In the event minimum numbers are not met, the tour may be cancelled, and participants will be offered an alternative date or full refund.
7. Participant Requirements & Responsibility: Fitness Level:
- While designed for all fitness levels, participants choosing to walk sections must be able to walk unassisted and navigate varying terrains (paved paths, stairs, inclines/declines).
- Footwear: Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended if you intend to walk any portion of the coastal path.
- Sun Protection: Sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses are strongly advised, especially during warmer months, as the walk is largely exposed.
- Hydration: While refreshments are provided, it is recommended to carry additional water, particularly on hot days.
- Children: Children under the age of 12 are not suited for the tour, those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The tour operator accepts no liability for loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
- Behaviour: Participants are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards other guests, the tour guide/driver, and local residents. Any disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund.
8. Hop-On, Hop-Off Specifics: Pick-up and drop-off are only permitted in safe areas.
- Times: While every effort is made to adhere to the published pick-up times, they may vary slightly due to traffic or unforeseen delays. Please be at your desired stop a few minutes prior to the scheduled time.
Responsibility for Timings: It is the participant's responsibility to be aware of the tour schedule and be at the pick-up point at the correct time. Missed pick-ups due to participant lateness are not the responsibility of the tour operator.
9. Health & Safety: Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with walking tours and outdoor activities. The tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exhibiting behaviour that poses a risk to themselves or others.
10. Liability: The tour operator acts as an agent for local suppliers (e.g., transportation). While all care is taken, the operator accepts no liability for any injury, loss, damage, or expense, including direct, indirect, or consequential loss, arising from any act or omission of any third-party provider or from any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
